Ryan schilling from new jersey caught a 41 inch 30lb striper on november 5th on the bayside trolling with his dad.
Fishing in Chincoteague has been pretty good in the Chincoteague Bay. Most of the fish are being caught around structure and dark seems to help out the bite. Swimbaits are the bait of choice and the lighter colors are working better at this time. We still have our November buy 4 packs get 1 free special going on. We got in more eels today great for drifting for the rockfish aka(striped bass). The beach has been a little slow here as of late with only a few rock and some dogfish being caught. There was a 40 inch rock brought in off the beach on Tues. Today Rob D. caught and released another 25 inch rock today. The inshore wrecks are still producing some nice tautog. Today Jordan West limited out on the inshore wrecks with tog his biggest weighing in at 6.10 pounds. We are open at 7am thats the report for now. Tight Lines...
