Fishing was good once again today. I even got a chance to break free from the shop and ho[ped on a Charter with Capt. Brett. We had a good day drifting the Chincoteague Channel catching over 30 flounder with 3 keepers. The whole charter fleet seemed to be doing well on the flounder. If you would like to book a trip stop by the shop, and we can get you hooked up with a Captain. They provide everything all you need to bring is something to eat or drink while you are out there. In the surf the spot made an appearance using bloodworms, fishbites they were hitting good in the afternoon. There were also a couple rays, skates, and small flounder caught out there. The wreck fishing is starting to heat up and tautog are back in season, they have been closed for about a month now. We have some great looking minnows, and fresh bunker, and all your fishing needs. The MSSA Tunament starts today so we should see some nice fish brought in the next few days. Thats the report for toDAY. Tight Lines!

Here's Harry Ashbridge from Apple Valley, Minnesota with a 23", 3-3/4# flounder he caught on Wed. morning. He was fishing with his friends Gary Grazier from Reading, Bob Dunkel from Rehoboth and Orville Burton from Atlantic. Orville says that he and Bob should have the corner seats, where Gary and Harry were sitting, next time since they caught most of the fish. We didn't point out to Orville that Bob had a keeper yesterday while sitting in the middle. Good friends have a good time!
Here's Bob Dunkel from Delaware with a nice flounder he caught on the Tuesday morning trip. He was fishing with his cousin, Gary Grazier and friends Harry Ashbridge and Orville Burton. We fished for more than 3 hours, catching lots of flounder, but Bob's fish didn't come along until the end of the trip, well worth the wait.
Garrett Rohrbaugh from Emmitsburg, Md. with another keeper flounder fishing at Queen Sound 20'' he's got the touch.
