Its starting to feel alot like Summer. The weather has been great the past few days. In the bay the croakers have shown up in a few more numbers, there are also still flounder around. The Fillman family did well at Memorial Park catching over 50 croakers, they had 10 pigfish(tropical looking fish) that actually sound like a pig when you bring them in and a couple flounder too. The wrecks were hot again with some triggerfish, spadefish, and flounder caught. Offshore fishing has also been hot here lately; in the Canyons there have been a number of yellowfin caught. The Rippeon crew from Frederick Md. brought in some nice mahi mahi today. In the surf the fishing has finally started to pick up into Summer mode with alot of spot around Rick K. from Richmond, VA was bringing them in 2 at a time , here were also a few kingfish and snapper blues caught too. Stop on by for the latest and greatest in fishing equipment.
