Another great day here on Chincoteague Island. The flounder fishing picked up a bit today. David Draley from Kingston, MD had 3 21 inch floounder and a few throwbacks fishing the Aassateague Channel by East Side Boat Renttals. %5Burl%3Dhttp://www.chincoteague.com/wonderfull%5DWONDERFULONE%5B/url%5D had 3 keepers this afternoon all being 19 and a half inches. Pictured below are Bill and Mark from Chapel Hill, NC. John Woody brought in the biggest flounder of the day all together he caught 10 kept 2 the biggest weighing 6 and a half pounds pictured below fishing Chincoteague Channel by Daisey's Dockside. Off the surf there were some more kingfish caught. Take some smaller longshank hooks out there for them.

Shane Whealton of Chincotague caught this citation spadefish Friday using a Penn 104 on a 6' Ugly stick he bought Capt. Steves with 50lb power pro. He said he had to stop them in their tracks to get them away from the buoy chains. Nice catch%21
