Rick V. and Mr. Tony fished the surf today and landed a number of snapper blues and kingfish. I went up to the beach this morning, and there were at least 6-10 fishermen within my line of sight, so conditions must be improving. The cold front coming in on Friday might be just the ticket to help bring some Rock to our coastline%21
Capt. Wayne Lewis took a charter out in the back bay this afternoon. His crew caught a number of "Black Wills" or sea bass, a shark and a small flounder.
The forecast for this weekend, at least from today's persepctive, looks favorable for possible offshore and wreck fishing. You can click on the Links tab on the website and check the inshore and offshore forecasts. For safety's sake, I recommend checking the report just before you're about to depart on your trip, as these reports are updated every 6 hours or so and change frequently.
