The past couple of days around here have been good fishing. The snapper bluefish have been hitting pretty regularly on the surf. In the back bay there are still flounder around a few seabass. Mr. Roger from WV caught 2 sharks a kingfish and some seabass today. He said it was really calm reminding him of the Potomac. My dad and I went to Atlantic City for a tackle convention the past 2 days thats why this report is a little late. We ordered plenty of more inventory for the shop, as you know we like to keep the shop extremely stocked to ensure we have everything you will need for a good fishing experience. The winds have been really persistant around here. In the bay there are still plenty of flounder a few seabass and an occasional spot too. Most are still too small but anglers are having fun catching em. Off the beach the snapper blues are around. This morning Bob from Md. had a dozen snappers on cut mullet. We have in fresh cob mullet. The crabbing is going strong here in the backbay. If you are looking to have some fun take some handlines out to the refuge and go crabbing.

Happy Birthday CJ who showed her crew up at fihing catching a bunch of blues off the surf
It's been a bit windy the past coupld of days. There are still flounder being caught although most are still under the limit the bite has been pretty good. There has also been a free red drum caught the last coupld of days. There was a 50 inch red caught and released this evening and a few more in the mid 40 inch range. One was even caught on a small East Coast Surfball Rig. There are still plenty of skates and sharks around too. You might need sputniks to hold depending on the wind and tide at the beach. You should always have a few of these sinkers in your box bc sometimes it the only thing that will hold out there. The pelicans have been diving pretty steadily on the beach, the dolphin have also been in really close all eating plenty of fish. Thats the report for now. We have in fresh bunker, live minnows, bloodworms, and everything else you could possibly need to go fishing. That's all for now.. Tight Lines.
Tony and Allen and Jon with a big wahoo a citation 68 wahoo they also had some dolphin on their excursion on Tony's Boat Hindsite!
