Hello once again!  Things around they island have been a little strange with plenty of snow on the ground.  I was up in Pennsylvania this weekend and hardly got any snow there.  Chincoteague got a foot of snow that stuck which is unusual.  We have been busy upgrading the shop yet once again this time extending out deck to make room for more bait and inventory.  A well stocked shop with plenty of bait is a necessity for our business.

National Saltwater Angler registration is free in 2010. To register beginning Friday, anglers can visit http://www.countmyfish.noaa.gov and click on the Register link, or call the toll-free registration line at 1-888-MRIP-411 (1-888-674-7411) from 4:00 am to 12 midnight EST daily. Anglers will need to provide their name, date of birth, address and telephone number, and will receive a registration number that will allow them to begin fishing immediately. They will receive a registration card in the mail in about 30 days.
We are also planning for another Spring Flounder Tournament for the middle of May.  I will start posting more often now as Spring Fishing is about to kick off.  Hope everyone is doing well anf the weather warms up!
